Deadfunnymurdermystery was founded by its Director, Chris Gee. He’s been an actor and writer for 25 years. Acting credits include: the RSC, West End and Sydney Opera House. As a standup he performed all round the Comedy circuit. As a writer his first play, "We Are the Only Love Gods" was staged as reading at the RSC with David Tennant in the cast. Chris has a sitcom in development for television.

 

Chris has worked in corporate events for 20 years. After freelancing for five murder mystery companies: writing the scripts, being the lead actor and event managing for ten years, he decided to set up our company.

 

Deadfunnymurdermystery does ‘what it says on the tin’. We present intriguing murder mysteries whilst making our audiences laugh like drains. The scripts are carefully crafted to maximise suspense whilst being jammed-packed full of fun. Our actors are seasoned professional comedy performers who relish the twists and turns of detective drama but also love improvising and ‘working the room’.
